Find your files anytime in your account dashboard.
4. Download & unzip
Download the ZIP and extract it on your device.
Go to Downloads in your account menu.
Where to find your downloads
Where are my files?
Your downloads are available in two places:
- in the order email
- in My Account → Downloads
Unzip Guide (Windows / Mac / iPhone / Android)
Right-click the ZIP → Extract All → Choose folder → Extract.
Double-click the ZIP → macOS creates an extracted folder automatically.
Files App → Downloads → tap the ZIP → extracted folder appears.
Downloads → tap ZIP → Extract (or use “Files by Google”).
Formats Explained
MP3
Universal, small size, great quality.
WAV
Uncompressed studio quality.
FLAC
Lossless quality with smaller size than WAV.
Common Issues
Try another browser / disable ad-blocker / login to My Account.
Re-download (incomplete downloads cause errors).
Use the same email you purchased with; check spam folder.
